“Don’t go anywhere else. Just don’t. This company and staff exemplify premier service not often seen these days. Prices are fair and honestly kept. I contacted them for central air in my 1916 Victorian. Needless to say, there were many issues, problems and work-arounds needed, but Russ and Grayson worked tirelessly for two of the hottest days of summer and into the evening to accomplish the job. When they finished, everything worked perfectly and they left everything like they had never been there. I could not have asked for a better experience.”
I was really impressed with your crew. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I know how much it sucks to crawl under the house. They come out covered in insulation and don’t say anything negative. They quietly and quickly eat their lunches and get right back to work. I was relieved that the ENTIRE crew spoke English and there were no language barriers. Mike has been an absolute hoot to have around, he even let me pick the music. I was surprised that they remembered all of my dogs names. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of your entire company and I’m so excited for my new system.
I just wanted to let you know, I was so impressed with your crew Dave and Nick. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past with work not being done correctly, not being finished or permitted. It really warmed my heart when my small children stood in the garage and watched your crew and they did not mind. They even danced and swayed with the kids in the garage. My youngest asked Nick questions about his blow torch and Nick told him all about it and finished by telling him to him to stay in school. Your company was referred to us by Patrick at Mold warriors, when I asked him about the quality of work done by your company he said he doesn’t refer his customers to bums. I’m so thankful that he had the insight to tell us about you.
Happiness is our new “Quiet” furnace and whole house air filtration system! With the help of Victor in choosing the right system for our needs and then Dave and “Little Nick” coming to install the system. What could have been an ordeal, for us, was actually very easy. They were courteous, professional and informative at all times. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. AND, they left everything in perfect order.
